The RAM® Tough-Claw™ and Tough-Ball™ are the perfect mounting base for toolless installation and removal on round, square, and odd-shaped rails and bars. The small version of the RAM® Tough-Claw™ can quickly be clamped on rails ranging from .625" to 1.14" in outer diameter and is ideal for mounting heavy duty cameras including SIONYX night vision cameras. Perfectly suited for mounting on handlebars, rails or any flat edge. The seamless transition between RAM® versatility and steel durability allows for a multitude of real world, and out of this world, applications. With so many of the things we use incorporating threads and fasteners, there really is no limit to the number of uses you'll find for the RAM® Tough-Ball™. Consists of a 1.5" diameter rubber ball, connected to a 1/4"-20 x .25" male threaded post. The male thread matches most standard camera and camcorder female threads found on the bottom of the camera.
